PROBLEM
Experimental Chinese typography is rarely explored through a feminine or diasporic lens. Chinese writing remains visually rigid and historically male-dominated, leaving little room for alternative expressions.

SOLUTION
I created an experimental typographic system using soft, fluid 3D forms to generate new Chinese strokes. The system allows both Chinese and non-Chinese audiences to rewrite and experience Chinese characters in a tactile, expressive way. The work was exhibited and actively used by visitors during the Kudos Emerging Awards in 2025.
